Looping in your mind
The same thoughts keep coming back: the conversation you replay, and the voice that says you're not enough.

So you can unlock more energy, a quieter mind, and room to respond instead of react.
An 8-session, one-on-one breathwork journey for people who know their patterns and still get caught in them.
Online · 75–90 minute sessions · Part of my BBTRS® certification · 5 places

You've done the work: therapy, coaching, maybe a leadership program or two. You can name your patterns, and you talk about your inner life with your friends. And still:
The same thoughts keep coming back: the conversation you replay, and the voice that says you're not enough.
Your profession matters to you, and it never really stops. The stress has been building for years. You stay steady for your team or your clients all day, then get snappy with your partner, your kids or your parents.
You can name the pattern clearly once it's over. And next time, you still react the same way.
Insight happens in the mind. A lot of what keeps the loop running sits lower down.
When we're small, our bodies meet the world either by opening or by contracting. Not every parent can give a child the presence it needs. The feelings our caregivers couldn't make space for stay in our muscles and fascia, like a layer of armour. Wilhelm Reich called these belts of tension.
Years later, someone forgets to text back, and your whole body reacts before your mind gets a say.
My own example is a close friend. Sometimes a small thing he does makes me feel he isn't really paying attention to me. He is. But it touches an old frustration I never got to feel, and it's still sitting in my body. When I give it space to move, something sort of completes. And after that, the loop of thoughts around it loosens too.

So how does this change the loop? We give the feelings that got stuck back then a safe way to move, through breath, sound and movement, at a pace you can hold. When they finally complete, something leaves your system. And the thoughts that were built around them slowly start to let go.
Over eight one-on-one sessions, in about ten weeks, we work through your body one area at a time, from the eyes, jaw and neck down through the chest, diaphragm, belly and pelvis. The last session brings it all together in a full-body flow.
Each session moves between activation and rest, and between the places that steady you and the harder ones, so nothing has to be forced. You're sitting in your own space, and I hold the session with you online.
An intake call, to get to know you and check that this work is safe and right for you now.
Short practice videos in our online space, and WhatsApp if you need support.
A short feedback form. I'm shaping this journey with you, and your feedback is a real part of that.
Everyone is different, but these are the three changes people, including myself, notice most.
You end the day with energy left, for yourself and the people at home, not just for work.
Less time lost in loops. You stop replaying the conversation at night and think more clearly during the day.
You catch the reaction before it lands on your partner, your kids or your team.
"We tend to focus outward when we are working. And when we focus outward, the last person on the list is us. Now that I'm more attentive to what's going on with my nervous system, my thoughts and my energy, that awareness is running the game. I meet expectations from within. And it has actually doubled my output, which is surprising."

I'm certifying in BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release (BBTRS®) with Giten Tonkov. I'm also training in body-oriented psychotherapy at Internal Core Dynamics in Budapest, Hungary. For years I've been coaching people with systemic coaching and Gabor Maté's Compassion Inquiry.
The Unloop Journey brings these together, and I'm shaping it right now. You get the full journey at a price that won't exist once it's finished, and your feedback helps shape what it becomes.
The journey works because the sessions build on each other, so please treat them as fixed. If you need to cancel one, let me know at least 24 hours before, and we'll find another time for it.
Journey 1: Oct 8, 16, 21 · Nov 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
Journey 2: Nov 4, 11, 18, 25 · Dec 2, 9, 16 · Jan 6
These are the one-on-one session dates for each journey. Once we've had the intake call and agreed it's a fit, you'll book your place.

It's for you if you've done some inner work, you know your patterns, and you're ready to work with your body, not just talk about it.
It's not the right time if you're pregnant, or have severe asthma, severe heart disease, epilepsy or a history of seizures, severe diabetes, an acute injury, or a severe mental illness such as psychosis. We'll go through this together in the intake call.
This work isn't medical treatment, and it doesn't replace therapy.
My work has always been about challenging the status quo around innovation. At Morgan Stanley, it was the first automated legal documentation system, before AI was a thing. At Greenpeace, it was three years at MindWorks, its cognitive science arm, researching how the mind works under sustained crisis. In Portugal, it was helping set up a mental health center.
Different contexts, same discovery: the outer innovation only works if the inner capacity of the people inside it is present.
I trained with Dr. Gabor Maté, Nicholas Janni and Patrick McKeown, and in systemic coaching. Now I'm training in body-oriented psychotherapy at Internal Core Dynamics in Budapest, and certifying in BioDynamic Breathwork (BBTRS®) with Giten Tonkov. I test everything on myself first, including highlining: walking a rope hundreds of meters above ground, where there's no room for overthinking, only presence.

It's a free 30-minute call to see whether this is right for you.
No, you don't.
A quiet, private room where you can sit comfortably and make sound, a laptop, and not too full a stomach.
That's part of the work, and sometimes it feels a bit worse before it feels better. My role is to help you find the pace at which you can hold those emotions and actually experience them. I've gone through this journey myself, so I know how far I can take you, and when to slow down. And I'm there to support you throughout the process and beyond, including on WhatsApp between sessions.
Let me know at least 24 hours before, and we'll find another time.
Yes. I'll refund what you've paid for the remaining sessions.
No. It's body-based breathwork, and it can sit alongside therapy.
